Manchester United striker James Wilson is set leave the club for Celtic in a loan deal. The young striker has failed to get any chance in the first team with Anthony Martial’s arrival. On the other hand Wayne Rooney’s struggles have been a constant from the beginning of the season but Van Gaal has refused to drop his club captain.
Celtic will be a good opportunity for the young Englishman who according to a lot of people including Van Gaal himself has a very bright future for him. He has pace, composure and a very good temperament for his young age. This loan move will leave United with only two recognised strikers in Anthony Martial and Wayne Rooney although Memphis Depay, Ashley Young and Marouane Fellaini have played in that position before in their careers.
Manchester United this weekend travel a short distance to Liverpool to face Wayne Rooney’s former club Everton. Man United are expected to lineup in a 4-2-3-1 formation at Goodison Park. Recent visits to Everton have not been very favourable for the red devils and this will be a big test especially after the drubbing against Arsenal.
