A rampant Liverpool side face Manchester United in a crucial Premier League game next Monday. Klopp’s side have been an exciting blend of energy, guile and hardwork. Klopp has opted for his favoured 4-3-3 formation for Liverpool this season. On the other hand, Manchester United have started off the new season under Mourinho quite poorly. The costliest club side in the world have not yet settled as a team and Mourinho himself has no clue what his best side looks like.

Man United starting 11 against Liverpool

Liverpool are expected to continue in their successful 4-3-3 formation which enables them to press high and have quick turnovers. Defensively, they have quite a few problems. They do concede a lot of goals from set pieces and James Milner a makeshift left back hasn’t been tested yet against a proper right winger. Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana are doubtful but it looks like both of them will overcome their injuries before the game. Lallana has been instrumental on how Liverpool’s formation works as generally he is the one who initiates the forward press.
