Steve Bates writing in the Sunday People has said that the Class of 92 which includes Paul Scholes, Gary Neville, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville(Also Ryan Giggs himself) want Giggs to quite Manchester United if Jose Mourinho becomes the manager of Manchester United. Ryan Giggs wants the manager job for himself and there is no clear indication from Ed Woodward on who will be the next manager. Although considered one of the greatest legends of Manchester United, many fans do not want Ryan Giggs to be the next manager. United have already made two big mistakes in David Moyes and Louis Van Gaal and can’t simply afford to make another.

Jose Mourinho remains the favorite to take over in the summer but there is a strong support for Ryan Giggs from within the club. Ryan Giggs however might not be suitable candidate especially with his lack of experience. Next season the managers he would be facing in the Premier League are Pep Guardiola, Antonio Conte, Jurgen Klopp, Arsene Wenger, etc. All of them are highly experienced having won league and European titles and there is no reason Manchester United should not appoint Jose Mourinho if given the chance.
