Sky Italia broke the news yesterday that Jose Mourinho was in talks with Manchester United. It remains to be seen whether the negotiations are for Mourinho to join this season or after this season ends and Van Gaal leaves Old Trafford. But like usual, Twitter went crazy at the prospect of Manchester derby next season potentially being a matchup once again between the two best coaches in world football at the moment.
Some United fans are not happy with the news.
Mourinho will alienate players, cheat, create conflict in the club, play defensive football and make the world hate #mufc and our players.

Honestly if Utd employ Mourinho I’m becoming a Watford supporter for a couple of years (that’s all the time he ever lasts at a club)

Others want him at Old Trafford.
City are gonna be one hell of a team under Pep, he was the dream. We really do have to go for Mourinho now or we’ll fall so far behind.

No fan of some of the antics of Mourinho but the man is box office and would liven up United and get us back to the top. Will be fun again

It will be very awkward for Juan Mata if United do bring in Mourinho.
Don’t think @juanmata8 will be best pleased about the Mourinho United report

Manchester United at this stage are in danger of being left behind by their rivals and especially by Manchester City. They have to move quickly to sign Mourinho as he is one manager who can compete on the same level as Pep Guardiola. Manchester City have an excellent academy, new stadium and loads of cash to spend on players, Manchester United needs to act fast.
