Thomas Muller, the world cup winning attacking player who currently plays for Bayern Munich wants a move to Manchester United according to the Spanish Outlet Mundo Deportivo. Manchester Evening News report that Muller who has lost his starting place under Ancelotti is desperate to play more football and is interested to move to Old Trafford in the summer. United previously were interested in Muller but Munich had rejected the English team’s bid. But now with Carlo Ancelotti not playing Muller as much as he would like to, the situation has changed.

But there are no reports as of now on United’s interest in the German. Mourinho may not be interested in Der Raumdeuter as Muller’s style of play and his physique doesn’t fit Mourinho’s requirements. Another main issue is with Muller’s best position. Muller likes to play behind a striker or on the right, a position where United already have too many players. Juan Mata, Paul Pogba, Wayne Rooney and Henrikh Mkhitaryan all like to play as the most advanced midfielder or as the number 10.
