Manchester United on the back of yet another disappointing result in the Premier League travel to Turkey to face Fenerbahce. Mourinho has to contend with injury issues across the squad and also should consider resting few key players, as this season, United have never won in the Premier League after a Europa League game.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s for will certainly concern Mourinho as the Swede has been missing chance after chance in recent games. Paul Pogba looks like he is settling in but for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the future looks bleak. For some reason known only to Mourinho, the Armenian is deemed not to be match fit even to sit on the bench. If he is not in the squad for the Europa League game too, then maybe Mkhitaryan will leave in January.

Zlatan’s poor form and Martial’s injury troubles should give Rooney and Depay the chance to start in Turkey. With Herrera missing the next Premier League game due to suspension, he is sure to start alongside Pogba who needs no rest according to Mourinho.
