Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed personal terms with Manchester United according to The Guardian. Discussions with Mourinho remain about the Swede’s role in the squad. Zlatan is looking for assurances that he will be a key player in the next season.
Of course as Zlatan is a marquee singing, Man United fans were overjoyed when they heard the news.

Haven’t felt a signing to be of such importance since when van Persie signed for Man Utd. Zlatan has that aura around him; a serial winner.

Anyone comparing the Schweinsteiger signing to Zlatan will be blocked and reported.

It remains to be seen how big an impact Zlatan will have on the Premier League. Manchester United after Sir Alex left have made some poor ‘big-name’ signings. Both Falcao and Bastian Schweinsteiger were well past their prime when United bought them. Angel Di Maria simply failed to settle in at Old Trafford. United fans will hope that Zlatan will succeed but another worry is that a 34-year old will be blocking Marcus Rashford’s rise to the top. Mourinho’s distrust in youth is already a major worry among the United supporters and Zlatan’s signing will only reinforce that belief.
