Manchester United Starting lineup against Arsenal
After an uplifting win in the Europa league, Manchester United return to the Premier League to face rivals Arsenal. Arsenal on the other hand will want to put aside their defeat against Barcelona and concentrate on the Premier League title race. Van Gaal again will be without many key players and one major doubt is the fitness of Anthony Martial. Martial didn’t play on Thursday in the Europa w.hen the debutant Marcus Rashford claimed all the headlines by scoring two goals. If Martial is not fit, then Van Gaal will have no option but to play Rashford.
To play well against side which is 3rd in the Danish League which by the way is ranked 23rd in Europe is not something Manchester United should be proud of. But Van Gaal’s tenure has been so devastatingly bad that these victories provide the small joys to United fans who after years of success are being treated to some of the worst football United have ever played. Depay was in tremendous form midweek but it remains to be seen whether he can play well in the Premier League
