When Barcelona Legend Iniesta supported Real Madrid and hated Barca

Barcelona legend and club captain Andres Iniesta used to support Real Madrid when he was a kid. Although Iniesta was an Albacete fan and his second favorite team were Barcelona,after the Catalan giants handed Albacete a 7-1 thrashing, Iniesta started hating Barcelona and started supporting Real Madrid instead. Iniesta was 6 years old then and this new found love for Real only increased when his favorite player Michael Laudrup moved to Real from Barcelona.

Of course,later the La Masia scouts spotted Iniesta and the wonderkid who would later score Spain’s world cup winning goal joined the Barcelona academy. Now, leading the club in one of its most successful eras, Iniesta is a proud Cule who will walk onto to the pitch against Madrid this weekend with only victory on his mind.
