After a disastrous loss against Stoke, Van Gaal is on the bring of losing his job. Add to the fact that Jose Mourinho is free and willing only increases the pressure on the United board to act fast. Even if the decision is made before the Chelsea game,it is hard to see Jose Mourinho in the dugout when Chelsea visit Old Trafford. Ryan Giggs will be named as the interim manager like he was after David Moyes was sacked.
Let us take a look at how Giggs’ United will lineup against Chelsea. Even though Giggs doesn’t have the experience nor the pedigree,it is expected that his lineup and style of play will be a breath of fresh air. The Lineups,Substitutions and the style of play has been boring to death and sometimes inexplicable under Van Gaal at United.
Wayne Rooney’s form is of course a worry but his 2nd half showing against Stoke might just give him another chance at salvaging his United career. With Martial’s emergence and Rooney’s inability to adapt to any other position except a striker(Read why Wayne Rooney is a bad number 10) will make it difficult to still be a first team player for United.

It allows United to get their best players on the pitch makes them strong up the middle and strong in the back. Two strikers with pace who will run at defenders and look for thru balls – Herrera at the top of the diamond with Schneiderlin and Schweinsteiger in the middle and Carrick protecting the back four of Blind left back, Smalling Jones center backs and Young right back. Blind and young look to get forward wide in attack.
