There has been increasing speculation that Mourinho is all set to replace Van Gaal at Manchester United. Reports have also said that Van Gaal now has only two games left, the one against Stoke and the one against Chelsea. If Van Gaal were to lose either of the games, then the board will take the decision to sack him . And among the current available managers, Mourinho is the only one who could take up such a big job with enormous responsibilities.

Jose Mourinho is blamed for “parking the bus” and for playing ultra defensive football. But Mourinho’s teams play for only thing which is victory. And the Portuguese is not afraid to attack if he thinks that his team is better suited to playing attacking football. His Real Madrid side broke the record of maximum number of goals scored in a season. Same with last season’s Chelsea, when they started playing attacking and impressive football. As the form of many key players dropped, Mourinho decided to shut shop and play reactive football until the league title is in the bag. So with the current state of United’s squad, Mourinho might be the only manager around who can actually make a difference. Van Gaal in hindsight has bought extremely poorly and the squad needs additions all over the park. Lets take a look at a probable 4-2-3-1 formation if Mourinho takes charge of Manchester United soon.
